The little red and white truck from Tirau Earth Movers in Tirau came over to kindergarten this morning to deliver new sand to refill up our sandpit.

It had to drive up the hill, turn around and then lift up its tray to push all the sand into the sand pit.

Then it was time for everyone to help spread out the sand. With spades and rakes the children and teachers shifted the mound of sand.

 It was hot work and hard work.

Our sand pit looks great again filled up with sand ready for us all to play in it.
